Setting
up Microsoft Outlook 2003

On the top-line menu, select "Tools",
then select "E-mail Accounts..." from the drop-down
menu.

| In the E-mail Accounts window, select
"Add a new e-mail account"..
Click the Next button.

|
In this window, select POP3 as the Server
Type..
Click the Next button.
|
|
|
Next, enter the
requested information in the appropriate fields:
- Your Name: Enter your name as you would
normally type it.
- E-mail Address: Enter your email address,
which consists of your user name, followed by @montana.net
- User Name: Enter your user name, making
sure to include "@montana.net".
- Password: Enter your password. Make
sure that your Caps Lock key is not on.
- Incoming mail server (POP3): Enter
pop.montana.net
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Enter
smtp.montana.net
Click the Next button.
